Karen has served as a nutrition expert in more than 250 interviews as part of regional television news programs. She has delivered more than 500 weekly science-based nutrition tips via radio and has offered nutritious meal solutions to millions of people through her weekly in-store radio messages. Karen is frequently called upon as a retail dietitian expert in print interviews and has created more than 100 custom recipe instructional videos, serving as on-camera talent, creative director and executive producer. Karen also produced volumes 1 - 69  of a 16-page lifestyle magazine offering articles, nutrition info, meal ideas, custom recipes, custom videos & custom food photography.
